General settings
Locations
Manage all locations, store key data such as location type and address and define start and end times for regular occupancy if required.
Users
Manage who uses the platform: Add new users, edit them or remove users.
Rooms
You can add new rooms, assign them to a location, create sub-rooms or combine rooms into room groups (e.g. per floor).
User roles
Assign roles to your users and individually define which rights and functions each user has.
Modules
You have an overview of your better.energy – Control and better.energy – Monitor modules and can assign them to your locations and activate them.
Integrations
Maintain an overview and manage your integrations and interfaces via the platform.
Device management
Device settings
Add new devices to the platform and assign them directly to a room, change the room or location assignment and activate/deactivate parental controls.
Device overview
Keep an eye on all your devices, the current status, error messages and descriptions. Use a filter to customise your view, e.g. by status or type.
Device details
You have information about each device (e.g. manufacturer), in which room it is installed, the current connection and battery status and more.
Data protection and security

All data is stored in compliance with GDPR exclusively on servers within the European Union, without transfer to third countries.
Access control
You determine who has access to which data on the platform. This ensures that only authorised persons have access.
