The STARFACE product portfolio
The core product is the IP-based STARFACE telephone system, a software solution developed in-house, which is available on hardware appliances developed and produced in-house, as a virtual VM edition and as a cloud service (hosted in German data centres). It supports companies of all sizes in setting up digital workplaces and can be integrated into numerous CRM and ERP systems as an open and future-proof platform.
Depending on the situation and requirements, customers communicate via telephone and chat, video and audio conferencing, e-mail and voice mail. STARFACE bundles this complex variety of communication channels in one app, which is available as a communication centre both on the desktop and mobile on the smartphone. This turns Windows and Mac PCs as well as iPhones and Android smartphones into innovative UCC communication centres. STARFACE products are distributed exclusively by certified STARFACE partners and are available in the DACH region and France.
