Fachtagung der DEHOGA Thüringen mit Vortrag und Partnerschaft von Betterspace

Betterspace Becomes Exklusive Partner Of DEHOGA Thuringia

[Ilmenau/Arnstadt, April 13,2018]

On April 11, the hotel and tourism expert group of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) Thuringia got together at the Hotelpark Stadtbrauerei Arnstadt. The meeting was completely focused on digitization. Exciting talks about the advantages, possibilities and opportunities of digitization led to lively discussions after the event.

Benjamin Köhler from Betterspace also gave a presentation on the smart software solutions of the Thuringian company and used examples to explain how uncomplicated and profitable digitization is in hotels. In addition to numerous hoteliers, the event was attended by the President of DEHOGA Thuringia, Mr. Mark A. Kühnelt, who has already equipped his own hotel, the Spa & Golf Resort Weimarer Land, with the digital guest directory from Betterspace, as well as the Managing Director of DEHOGA Thuringia, Mr. Dirk Ellinger.

From May 2018, Betterspace will be an official exclusive partner of the DEHOGA Thuringia. All partners of the association for the hospitality industry in Thuringia will be subjected to a strict quality inspection before acceptance. Betterspace successfully mastered this process and has been named exclusive partner. The Thuringian Hotel and Restaurant Association thus certified Betterspace’s excellent quality of their intelligent an digital software solutions.

„We are very happy, that thanks to the joint partnership we can now work even closer with the hoteliers in Thuringia and push digitization in the hotel industry in Thuringia,” explains Alexander Spisla, CEO at Betterspace. The DEHOGA Thuringia is delighted by its new partner, who stands for the uncomplicated and successful digitization in the hotel industry. “We are glad, that we could win a global working Thuringian company as a partner for the DEHOGA Thuringia. And I know from personal experience that Betterspace is a competent and reliable partner for digitization in hotels,” says Mr. Rögner, who is both chairman of the district organisation Ilm-Kreis and a member of the advisory board of DEHOGA, and the managing director at Hotelpark Stadtbrauerei Arnstadt GmbH.

The manager of the well-known hotel, Sebastian Rögner, is already a customer of Betterspace, and so are many more hotels in Thuringia. Betterspace equipped all rooms of the Stadtbrauerei Arnstadt with digital guest directories iQ Tab and intelligent room control iQ Roomcontrol.
